FRIDAY: Last Day- Grand Tetons- Moose finally!

so today we enjoyed the expansive land and vistas of the Grand Teton National Park, and while at Moose Junction, appropriately we finally saw a juvenile bull moose, he was massive and he was amazing to watch, was able to view him for 20 min! what a privilege. This week went too fast. I'll be back.

THURSDAY: Mother of all Geysers- Old Faithful... and more....

So today we journeyed through the geyser region as we headed back to the Grand Tetons and to Jackson Hole. Old Faithful, honoring it's name, exploded into the sky about 40' "on schedule". Other great sites like Grand Prismatic Springs and some of lake region too. Awesome day. Highlights below.

WEDNESDAY: Bison Country- Hayden Valley

Although the wolf continues to elude me, the Bison showed up in force at Hayden Valley today. They did not disappoint. Amazing to see the males in rutting season, fighting for their women; and the Bison families crossing the road.  There were a few other sightings, like a bald eagle soaring, the artist view of the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, and the scene of a recent fire, that also were inspiring. So amazing here.
